Lee has vast experience in real estate deals. He regularly advises and acts in sale and purchase transactions, office and commercial buildings, development land and industrial buildings; acquisition and disposal of lands for development purposes; as well as the formation of joint venture between developer and landowner.

Franchising & Licensing

He is also well-versed in relation to franchising agreements and licensing agreements. He guides one of the fastest growing logistics companies through steps from initial advice, drafting for negotiation process till the final steps on licensing agreement and related matters.
