CAREER HISTORY

C H Lee is the founder of the firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London External Programme and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2005. He was called to the Malaysian Bar and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 2006.

C H Lee skillfully advises a diverse range of clients on a broad array of real estate matters and transactions including acquisitions, divestments and leasing arrangements; land matters; residential, commercial and industrial developments, including joint development ventures; local government laws on rates and assessments, both in the transactional and disputes aspects.

He assists clients by aligning their business strategies with practical legal solutions. He drafts and negotiates sale and purchase of shares agreement, shareholders agreement, joint-venture agreements between companies and landowners including acquisition and disposition of commercially developed properties; commercial tenancy agreement of shopping complexes, offices and commercial spaces and transfer of property between related companies.
