Lee’s portfolio of work includes corporate and commercial deals, both for onshore and cross border clients. He represents international clients from China for commercial collaboration with local corporations.
He undertakes due diligence exercise and prepares legal report for listing application and requirement for companies with it’s HQ in China and subsidiaries globally.
